“An der Nase sehr schöne buttrige Ester, vergorene Frucht und dezente Süße. Am Gaumen Anfangs Honigsüße, dann etwas buttrige Ester, junges Holz und minimal Piment. Cremig und weich verteilt er sich am Gaumen. ABV in guter Trinkstärke. Der Abgang ist mittellang mit etwas mehr Würze und Tannine. Re-Tasting bei Dr. Django: Bleibe bei meiner Einschätzung, setze ihn aber von 9.0 auf 8.9 herab”
