sehr schöner komplexer Rum, das tropische Mayan-Ceiba Holz bringt unglaublich schöne umami Noten nach gegrilltem Speck, flambierter Ananas und Gewürzen mit rein. wirklich sehr gelungen. Könnte nur etwas mehr Power vertragen.

This 16yo rum containing rums aged for 15 years in American oak ex-Bourbon casks, and finished for one year in Mayan Ceiba casks. Overall a smooth and pleasant Latino rum.

Wenig Geschmack, weihnachtliche Noten , vor allem Nelke, etwas Süße , Keine typischen Rum Noten, kurzer Abgang. Nicht ganz mein Geschmack.

Ein solider Rum. Die Fruchtigkeit in der Nase fällt auf. Die Standardtrinkstärke macht ihn sehr mild. Trotzdem ist genug Würze vorhanden um nicht uninteressant zu sein. An der Grenze zwischen "angenehm" und "gut".
