How does this rum taste?
Secret Distillery #1 is a distinctive Jamaican rum from the Worthy Park distillery, independently bottled by That Boutique-Y Rum Company. Crafted from molasses and aged for six years, this limited release features only 1821 bottles. With an ABV of 51.5%, it presents bold notes of banana and a characteristic Jamaican funk, alongside hints of tropical and dried fruits. User reviews commend its complex aroma and taste blend with underlying sweetness and a hint of chocolate. Franconian Tasting Gang on 02.03.24 I have been lurking around this rum for some time and have considered offering it as an underdog split because of its good ratings. For the price it is really a P/L rocket.
Oh, that's a surprise - for this price really exceptionally good. Banana in a sulphurous and overripe "musty" profile. I've had much worse for much more money. Certainly a great PLV mixer.
