Distilled in 2009 at South Pacific Distillery in Fiji. This distillery owns a stainless steel Still Pot from the closure of a New Zealand Whisky distillery. No big surprises with Fiji, the markers are there. On the nose, the distillery's profile is clearly recognizable: green tea - waxy and pastry-like. Round and earthy on the palate. The distillery's pure volcanic waters and humid climate produce distinctive rums.
