“Distillé en 2009 à la South Pacific Distillery au Fidji. Cette distillerie détient un Pot Still en Inox provenant de la fermeture d’une distillerie de Whisky de nouvelles-Zélande. Pas de grande surprise avec les Fiji, les marqueurs sont là. Au nez on reconnaît très bien le profil de cette distillerie : thé vert - cireux et pâtissier. En bouche c’est rond et terreux. Les eaux pures volcaniques et son climat humide donne des rhums bien typés.”
