“Color: yellow wine Nose: fresh gourmet cane, fruity-oily and vegetal. On the palate: the 59% is creamy, with a white rum sensation that quickly gives way to a light woodiness. Spicy-peppery. The finish is pleasantly agricultural, with a lemony note. Logical for a "white" rum like this. Frankly, it's very nice neat, but I really want to try it in a TiPunch to see what it can do. So I didn't hesitate for long, and took a bottle with me (€59).”
