“A perfectly decent entry-level Dillon. The nose is concentrated with agricultural and earthy notes, spices, wood, caramel and a hint of fruit. Relatively soft on the palate, this Dillon nevertheless offers a fine balance of fruit, spice and caramel. The finish, with the same tonalities, is moderately long. The 9 years of ageing have produced a well-balanced, controlled rum at a very affordable price. An excellent introduction to the world of agriculture.”
