How does this rum taste?
The Montebello Cuvée the Bolokos Édition Océ Cheapfret is a unique rum distilled in Guadeloupe at the Carrere distillery. Crafted in 2019 from sugarcane juice using a column still, this limited edition rum offers an experience characterized by its high alcohol content of 77.7% ABV. Its aroma and taste profiles reveal notes of sugarcane, vegetal complexities, and a mineral undertone, creating an intriguing but divisive blend. While some users praise its fresh and agricole notes alongside the subtle citrus hints, others mention a metallic and earthy taste that doesn't suit their preference. It's a robust rum for those seeking a bold and distinctive tasting adventure.

#4211 This one needs to rest before revealing a nice intense profile. Very fresh and lightly fruity with natural Agricole notes. The empty glass is nice and has some licorice and minty notes.
