It was distilled in 1972 from Molasses and then aged for 28 years. great light demerara, fine woody notes, light vetiver and sandal, white spices, light pepper, sweet white fruits (apple, peer), very long final
This is a tasting from 10.05.2019 where I went out with a few colleagues for a nice tasting. I have the following notes. Very nice colour with a fresh balanced nose once rested. With a bit of water it opens up a bit more without changing the overall profile.
Alkohol nicht ganz so gut integriert wie beim Cadenheads PWD 29. Trotzdem hervorragender Rum!
Wieder untypisch, leichtes Profil, Abgang nicht so lang.
