The "Demerara" was produced in Guyana at the Port Mourant distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Norse Cask. It was distilled in 1975 from Molasses and then aged for 32 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 57%. This is a limited release and there are only 178 bottles. 11 community members rated this rum with an average of 9.4/10. The rum smells like Licorice, Burnt sugar and Hot, and on the palate there is Chocolate, Licorice and Raisin.
