How does this rum taste?
Trois Rivières Single Cask Rum is a distinctive Martinique agricole, distilled from sugar cane juice and aged for almost a decade. This rum combines a woody aroma with hints of citrus and spices. Its flavor is primarily woody and citrusy with nuances of bitter orange, allspice, and vanilla. Pas le meilleur Single Cask de chez TR. L’alcool est moins bien intégré que chez ses grands frères. Des fruits tropicaux et du solvant nez, remplacé par le boisé en bouche. Pour 75€ je préfère d’autres options.
Gouté très (trop) rapidement en fin de rhumfest. Bel Agricole. Mais finir sur un produit à 42% en fin de journée en 3 minutes ce n'est certainement pas la meilleure manière de l'apprecier. Il m'a paru un peu court en bouche mais il faut clairement relativiser cette impression.
