How does this rum taste?
Produced by the Neisson distillery in Martinique, the Blanc Parcelles en conversion bio is a limited release rum with only 1500 bottles available. Distilled from sugar cane juice using a column still, this rum offers a notable sugarcane-forward aroma, complemented by vegetal and citrus notes. With an ABV of 52.5%, it delivers a fresh, lemony, and vegetal palate, often described as reminiscent of agricole styles. Users appreciate its complex profile and fresh character, making it a picturesque representation of Martinique rums. Some find the alcoholic presence pronounced, but it adds a distinctive spicy depth, appealing to those who enjoy sherry-like nuances without excess sweetness. This rum strikes a balance of authenticity and unique organoleptic characteristics, lauded for encapsulating full ti punch flavors.

The goal? To offer you, the rum connoisseur, a place where you can choose with confidence—without paperwork, detours, or expert jargon.
Very good. Not the most dynamic but very enjoyable vegetal nose and taste, olive and grass in particular. Hot on the palate with a touch of smokiness and black pepper coming through on the finish. Excellent value.
