“Ein weicher angenehmer Agricole, der mehr auf der fruchtigen Seite steht. Etwas später gesellen sich am Gaumen leichte Fass- und Bitternoten dazu. Im Abgang erscheinen dezente pflanzliche Aromen. Gefällt mir ganz gut… auf jeden Fall ein Stück Geschichte im Glas (Destille seit langem geschlossen) PS: für so einen alten Rum mit geringem ABV hat er noch richtig Dampf”

“#4235 03.09.2023 this was a nice blind tasting where I saw the black Glencairn tasting glasses for the first time. I wonder where this bottle came from but it was a nice surprise once revealed. Fruity with really nice flowery notes. I'd say it was close to what you pick up when you walk into a womens perfume store. Love the cherry in the profile, which is a bit light and I would have loved a higher ABV. Draws nice curtains in the glass and the empty glass has some coconut, wet grass and chocolate.”

“It's too bad this distillery has been closed now for more than 30 years because it used to make really great agricole rum!As a whole it's really mouthwatering and full of fragrance!For those who like agricole to try at least once!”
