It was distilled in 1998 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 20 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. 12.12.2020 Nice tasting at a local bar with all new rummies. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Light wood, faint smoke, fruity, light caramel, faint chocolate, banana, light coconut. Palate Light wood, roasted, naturally sweet, fruity, orange, light banana, faint nougat, light caramel. Finish Medium to long, light wood, fruity, light nougat, caramel, dried fruit. Extra note The longer it rests the more flavours are released.
