La quille est ouverte depuis un moment mais très belle sélection. Une belle longueur sur des fruit murs alcool bien intégré. Je suis à la TDL donc bouteille vielle mais ça s’acheté

Le rhum est de couleur or pâle, du fait de son jeune âge (9 ans). Au nez tout est parfaitement fondu, ce qui le rend assez difficilement descriptible. Mais on retrouve principalement du beurré, et du végétal-floral-herbacé, et quelques traces de vanille en arrière-plan. En bouche l’alcool est chaud et omniprésent. Il faut une deuxième lampée pour dompter la bête. On s’éloigne des standards jamaïcain, on a du bois humide comme pour les Port-Mourant, c’est aigre en bouche, c’est minéral. On est clairement pas sur un rhum de plaisir. C’est un rhum de dégustation pur et dur.
