I expected a bit more for a Neisson. A bit flat and thin.
The nose is a bit closed despite a long opening. The mouth is better, fruity and greedy. The finish is moderately long, on the pepper. A bit disappointed with Neisson brut de fût so I expected a bit more. It remains a nice product.
En dessous de ces compères de 2005 mais plaisant tout de même malgré la jeunesse.
Nez noisette et bois fin, prometteur. En bouche, c'est parfaitement fluide, laiteux. Une crème. Un Bailey's version martiniquaise, c'est à dire "bonbon" mais peu complexe. Ca reste ultra buvable, frais, classe. Mais sans prise de tête.
