It was distilled in 1998 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still. The rum has an ABV of 40%. "12.12.2020 Nice tasting at a local bar with all new rummies. Notes Light to medium dark in colour. Nose Fresh, light wood, apples, light pineapple, sugarcane, floral. Palate Warm, wood, faint smoke, medium dry, light grass, medium spicy, light sugarcane, light floral, fruits. Finish Medium long, wood, medium dry, fruits, light pineapple."
