“One of the first Tres Hombres, a very cool company that picks up casks with a boat, they use no petrol whatsoever in their transport. This is one of their first. Not great. Feels deluted, watery yet gets better in time. Classic Spanish profile though not overly sweet. Mocha. Caramel. Cloves. The longer you leave it the better it gets. More spices. Some pepper.”
