“Tasting this rum was a lot of fun. Excellent agricultural well balanced with a slight roastiness. You can feel the barreliness and vanilla all slightly peppery. Tropical fruits dominate especially on the finish where banana and grapes take over, very marginally instead tobacco/cigar and roastiness that will fade quickly. Not knowing uitvlug rums I couldn't tell how much this cask affected. Truly pleasant with many nuances!”
