Malecon is one of my favorite Latin styled rum and this 13yo batch 2 doesn’t disappoint me. Hard to say how it it differs from batch 1. Should have needed a bottle from batch 1 to compare. The nose as well as at the palate it’s fruity and spicy with aroma and flavor of vanilla.
A quality rum at an affordable price! A little bitter around the edges, but highly recommendable.
A great rum looking at the price. The ABV ensures a very good, balanced and well rounded rum. Short to medium finish.
