The "Haiti" was produced in Haiti at the Barbancourt distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 2004 from Sugar cane honey with a Column Still and then aged for 11 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 59,4%. This is a limited release and there are only 286 bottles. 30 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.0/10. The rum smells like Fruity, Green apple and Ester, and on the palate there is Fruity, Lime and Sweet.

Ingwer, Schwarztee, Pfirsich und Muskatnuss deutlich kräftiger und der Alkohol könnte etwas besser integriert sein. ich bevorzuge hier Ausnahmsweise Mal die Trinkstärke! ;) einer der besten Single cask Haiti bis dato aber!
