Schwierig zu sagen um welche Distillery es sich hier handeln könnte. Würde aber doch auch eher auf Long Pond als auf Hampden oder Worthy Park tippen. Insgesamt wäre er noch um einiges besser, wenn er nicht reduziert worden wäre. Aber nachdem ich nun ein nach dem anderen Cadenhead probiere, gewöhnt man sich daran. Sehr gut trinkbar in dieser Stärke.
Farbe: Strohig Gold Nase: Jamaica Flair, Ester, Klebstoff (leicht), Früchte. Gaumen: Etwas astringierend am Anfang. Danach sofort fruchtig, leicht rostig, typische Jamaica Noten nach Ananas. Fazit: Hervorragender CH GL Jamaica. Auch mit nur 46% ist er schön komplex und typisch Jamaica. Eher LP als HD, aber wer weiß das schon zu 100% ;)
Könnte ein Hampden hlcf oder ein Long Pond sein.
Viel tropische Fruchtaromen, etwas Holz und Gewürze, stabile Süsse - sehr vertrautes Bild aus jamaikanischen Gefilden. Auf hohem Niveau unterwegs ohne mit aussergewöhnlichen Finessen zu überraschen - ein sehr gutes Release, ich tippe auf Hampden.
