GRF13: Stand Catawiki: Dieser alte Demerara ist etwas zu stark verdünnt. Die Aromen sind zwar erkenn-, aber kaum wahrnehmbar. Für seine kurze Reifung und der Verdünnung geht es aber so gerade noch. Bei mehr ABV hätte er Potenzial gehabt.
Un rhum dégusté au GRF en 2024. Un nez acqueux, trop léger avec peu d’arômes, des fruits tropicaux pas mûrs, de l’ananas. L’entrée de bouche est belle, raffinée, l’alcool est un peu trop présent, les fruits viennent ensuite. La finale est courte, sur les fruits. Un rhum agréable mais à qui il manque beaucoup de choses, une expérience de goûter un Demerara de seulement 5 ans.

Gewissermassen ein 80er Jahre Demerara-Urstoff - sehr jung, reduziert, dennoch bereits mit erkennbaren Anschlägen in Richtung PM. Spannend.
