“An almost white rum. A nose of varnish, overripe banana and, strangely enough, ham au gratin! The palate oscillates between tropical fruit and fairly pronounced bitterness. Lots of complexity. The finish is very long, and still quite bitter. A very fine rum, I was personally a little bothered by the bitterness, admittedly noble but a little too present, which took away a few points.”
