“I have had a short break from tasting because I felt like 2-3 days a week with tasting was a bit over the top. Back in shape again and we had a wonderful evening yesterday. This was the last one and what a rum. Nice and fruity from nose to finish. Spicy on the palate with a light dryness to it.”
