“tolles PM Profil, erinnert mich etwas an den Rum Cask 97/23y mit der herrlichen Oliven-Note. An der Nase darüberhinaus auch noch Anis, Karamell, gelbe Früchte, grüner Tee. Am Gaumen Piment, Mokka, kandiert. Im Abgang Schwarztee und Maracuja. Richtig lecker!”

“Ein sehr guter Uitvlugt, voller Charakter und recht komplex! Er kommt in Nase eher fruchtig (Papaya, schwere alte gelbe Frucht )daher! Der Gaumen ist anfangs süß und wechselt aber schnell in eine würzige holzige, dann getoastete mokkaartige Note! Insgesamt sehr weich und elegant! Der Abgang ist holzig und dann recht bitter..später gesellt sich etwas Trockenobst dazu!”

“Pretty classic aniseed flavours overall. Typical PM stills. This is an elegant rum. Light yellow fruits leaning toward overripe (Peaches. Kiwi. Pear) but not right there. A candied sweetness - like the sugarcoating of the oriental snack: sugared chickpeas. The beauty lies in its subtleness. Very flowery/floral: rose(water), violins, chamomille (including the dryness and mustiness). I like it a lot.”
