Nose: Artificial freshness, like a green apple or pear, slightly metallic. A little washing-up liquid Palate: Hard to say, a little metallic, kind of green, maybe sesame, boring and short.
on the nose it is reminiscent of barrel-aged Williams pear brandy and some mocha. The taste is a mixture of root beer, malt beer, Guinness and mocha/espresso notes mixed with some peanut and woody pears. Overall an exciting & unusual profile but also more reminiscent of whisky than rum.
