“Milder nose than in the taste, Yoshiharu remains true to the Encrypted profile with the earthy here increases and especially in the smell of sake is more present than in the MK2. The finish is very refreshing on the one hand but also dry which you have to like.”

“I like it well, something different. The first impressions on the nose are reminiscent of aged Bordeaux and old wood barrel, then come more nutty-sweet notes, towards sesame brittle bar and citrus. On the palate, also a lot of nuttiness, plus strong wood. On the finish I have young wood and fresh herbs.”
