“Papillon Brun Freespirit produced by the Esperance distillery, which is the oldest distillery in Guadeloupe still in operation. The rum is produced in their Creole column still whereafter it’s aged in American bourbon barrels. Overall it’s both powerful and round as well as subtle.”
