“A Berry Caroni bottled for Charles Hofer in Switzerland. A nose marked by wood, charred wood with smokiness and fruitiness too. The palate is open, full-bodied with tropical fruit, wood and an earthy edge. The finish is splendidly long, with aromas that combine and renew themselves. A wonderful surprise! “This is a very nice rum from Berry Bros. & Rudd. It has a wonderful nose transferred into a perfectly balanced palate. Palate wise we have a velvety complex taste that changes a bit in the followup sips. Leave for a while to rest so that all flavours can be released. The price to quality on this bottle is extremely good.”
