Mhoba Pot Stilled High Ester Batch 2019 HE7 est un rhum de pur jus de canne d’Afrique du Sud. Il a été fermenté durant 21 jours, avec un jus de canne dilué à hauteur en 30 % en dunder. Ce dunder (vinasse en français), est un résidu des distillations précédentes, qui apporte énormément de richesse lors de la fermentation. La distillation est effectuée en alambic à repasse, toujours dans le but de maximiser la puissance des arômes.
