nicht ganz so komplex und fett wie der saint James brut de colonne aber dennoch unglaublich lecker und gut trinkbar für 71,3%! erinnert mich irgendwie an saure rote Johannisbeeren, dazu roter/pinker Pfeffer, muskat und zitronenverbene.. leider ist er auch wieder schnell weg sonst wäre die Bewertung höher ausgefallen!

Un rhum Brut de colonne qui est aussi charmeur que trompeur. Le nez fait preuve d’une fraîcheur végétale et florale, avec des notes d’olive, d’herbe et de foin. La canne à sucre, le poivre, les agrumes (citron vert), les notes confites et fermentées viennent compléter ce profil très suave au nez, qui ne montre pas la moindre agressivité. Le rhum présente fait preuve d’une gourmandise et d’une rondeur surprenante en bouche malgré ses 71,3%. Les saveurs, similaires au nez, restent homogènes et proposent un profil complet et équilibré. La finale est à la fois sèche, légèrement épicée et très fraîche, florale et végétale. Un très bon rhum blanc premium
