“Dense, complex on the nose with lots of tropical fruit and (pleasant!) solvent. The great impression continues on the palate. Insanely complex and delicious Hampden. The 35 years of maturation have made the rum incredibly round and elegant. There is an exciting smoky note on the finish. Excellent Hampden!”

“Corman Collins is pretty good at picking their casks and this one is no exception. An intense profile with fruits and roasted wood. I'd say the roasting notes are close to burnt and it leaves a really nice smoky note in the empty glass. Made a note that the empty glass also had marzipan and caramel.”

“A great Hampden. Delicious, on the fruit with a hint of smoke and sweetness.”
