How does this rum taste?
The Jamaica 2003 by Compagnie des Indes, distilled at Long Pond, showcases a 12-year-old aging process with a 44% ABV. Easy sipping long pond.
Nase: leicht, Kiwi und Stachelbeeren, Weißwein, frisch gemäht Wiese, Fass und Zitrusfrüchte im Hintergrund, Alkohol nicht wahrnehmbar, ich habe keine richtige Idee, eventuell ein low ester Long Pond, von Rest & be thankful gab es da glaube ich welche. Gaumen: zu den bekannten Noten kommt jetzt mehr Würze und Grappa hinzu, Alkohol ca. 54%, ich bin mir recht sicher das es ein Pottstill Jamaica Rum ist, schwanke zwischen low ester Long Pond und Clarendon Nachklang: lang, trocken werdend, blumig, Sehr guter leichter Rum, bin gespannt was das für eine ist. Wenn ich mich festlegen müsste, würde ich Long Pond LSO sagen.
Sehr leichter und langweiliger Long Pond. Für mich fehlt das typische Long Pond profil...
