It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 55%. eine von 60 Flaschen, definitiv anders als andere Belize Rums die ich bis jetzt hatte! spannend! beim einschenken vom 2. Glas offenbaren sich mehr die beerig-fruchtigen Noten, am Anfang hingegen dominieren die Gewürze. insgesamt sehr spannend, sehr rund & süffig aber auch einer der wenigen spanischen Rums die eine schöne Komplexität aufweisen!👌🏽🇧🇿 macht sich unfassbar gut im El Rey Cocktail!
