It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 55%. This is a limited release and there are only 60 bottles.

“eine von 60 Flaschen, definitiv anders als andere Belize Rums die ich bis jetzt hatte! spannend! beim einschenken vom 2. Glas offenbaren sich mehr die beerig-fruchtigen Noten, am Anfang hingegen dominieren die Gewürze. insgesamt sehr spannend, sehr rund & süffig aber auch einer der wenigen spanischen Rums die eine schöne Komplexität aufweisen!👌🏽🇧🇿 macht sich unfassbar gut im El Rey Cocktail!”
