How does this rum taste?
Admiral Rodney HMS Princessa wins over reviewers with its smooth vanilla and caramel profile, complemented by woody and dried fruit notes for a balanced, not-too-sweet sip. Many enjoy it neat or on the rocks, appreciating a gentle spice and subtle smoky touch without overwhelming sweetness. At 9 years old, it's consistently described as approachable and reliable—worth trying if you want solid character and accessible St. Lucia style.

Overall I think that all of it are there, but everything’s to weak. The nose fruity and round with aromas of Raisins, vanilla, honey and tobacco. At the palate and during the medium long finish it’s fruity, spicy and sweet with flavors of vanilla, honey, raisins, tobacco, oak and caramel.
Rather weak aroma. Somewhat watered down
beautiful
Dry, spicy, woody, slightly alcoholic, little sweet, bitter finish. Light red fruit notes (cherry)! Not for sweet rum drinkers...
