Ebenfalls ein Rhum von einem unabhängigen Abfüller von der Insel Martinique, ist nicht in Deutschland erhältlich. Die Nase ist einladend mit viel Frucht. Der Geschmack ist komplex und trocken und der Alcohol ist gut eingebunden. Der Abgang ist lang mit mineralischen und grasigen Noten und als Ti Punch entwickelt er seinen wahren Charakter, hier kommt alles zusammen. Kann man gut pur trinken aber als Ti Punch eine echte Empfehlung 🥃👍.
Très rond, plein agrumes. Assez doux et presque fruité
Cette cuvée de rhum agricole non vieilli est plus traditionnelle mais vaut le détour. Les arômes agricoles se mêlent aux notes d’agrumes, notamment le citron vert, pour proposer quelque chose de très rond, sec mais facile d’approche. L’attaque en bouche est maîtrisée. On retrouve l’acidité des agrumes (citron vert, pamplemousse), la canne à sucre et les notes herbacées, florales et végétales. C’est assez simpliste mais gourmand et équilibré. La finale est de longueur correcte. On oscille entre les notes végétales, florales, minérales et les agrumes, sans réellement changer la base du profil. Un rhum blanc sympathique, plus gourmand et fruité que son cousin de la cuvée Renaissance, mais qui manque de profondeur et d’arômes pour être au top niveau des rhums blancs.
