HSE Parcellaire #1 Canne d‘Or
Consensus is a crisp, grassy agricole showing lots of citrus and fresh cane, with a peppery kick and a pleasing, round feel. One to try if you enjoy bold white rums with herbal and citrus tones.

How does this rum taste?
- très bon rapport qualité / prix
- parfait en ti punch
- Excellente finale
HSE Parcellaire #1 Canne d'Or gets RumX members talking about its fresh sugarcane, lively citrus, and vegetal notes. There’s a recurring “peppery” edge with traces of mint and florals. Many highlight its roundness: John Coffey notes, “Une rondeur de folie,” while Kevin Sorensen 🇩🇰 calls it "fresh and fruity with nice cane." The rum is described as both vibrant and complex, with opinions split between those praising its richness and those wanting more exotic fruit—or, as Maxime Clr 🇫🇷 puts it, "Manque de gourmandise et de fruits exotiques au palais.

To Distillerie du Simon
"#4243 08.09.2023 I got 6 secret samples from a friend as a blind tasting and that has been a lot of fun spread over two evenings. The price tag on this rum is very good compared to what you get. Fresh and fruity with nice cane and pretty good Agricole notes. The palate is almost oily and spictmy/warm and lightly dry. Medium to long finish. The empty glass is nice and has some orange and flower notes."
"This Rhum Agricole offers one a very complex nose. The taste is also complex with an alcoholic spiciness, peppery note and tart finish. This Rhum Agricole is rather dry, even as Ti Punch, the rhum is dominant, thanks to its 55% alcohol by volume. This Rhum Agricole is rather what for connoisseurs and again a proof of how different the rhum from the island of Martinique can taste."
"Lack of greediness and exotic fruits on the palate. Nice nose though."
"Perfect white rum"
