It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a John Dore Pot Still and then aged for 11 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 53,8%. The rum smells like Honey, Burnt sugar and Tropical fruit, and on the palate there is Fruity, Coffee and Honey.
