How does this rum taste?
Black Barrel Navy Spiced Rum, distilled from molasses in the Virgin Islands and bottled by A.H. Riise, is noted for its aromatic complexity. It features distinct notes of burnt sugar, dried fruit, and abundant spice. Tasting reveals a delightful medley of cinnamon, caramelized accents, and bergamot, complemented by underlying tropical fruit. Some tasters recommend it for cocktail mixes rather than neat sipping, citing its versatile spiced profile suitable for pairing with ice. While it draws praise for its smooth finish and balanced sweetness, opinions vary regarding its intensity. A versatile choice in its price range, this rum is suitable for casual sipping or creative mixology.

In my opinion this should likely not be drank neat, as it has more of a cocktail-wise characteristic. It is spicy in the nose, and in the notes I found vanilla, cinnamon and caramel. It works rather well in cocktails with ice
The smell bothers me here, I can't even write what it smells like to me!
