Etwas süßlicher als andere st Lucias aber auch Recht eindimensional röstig und Kräuterig mit leichten Noten von Muskat, Ingwer und grünem Apfel. Insgesamt etwas langweilig leider...

Die Nase gibt einige Extrapunkte, leider wird es mir am Gaumen dann etwas zu herb-bitter. An der Nase dominiert eine grossartige Melange aus Olive, zitrischen Noten und Heu. Im Mund kommen röstig-würzige Aromen dazu, die mir etwas zu dominant sind. Schade - die Nase selbst ist sensationell und hat kurz grosse Hoffnung auf einen St.Lucia auf Höhe des Warren Khongs gemacht.

Tolle und ausgeprägte Nase mit Oliven, Kräutern und Honig. Zieht sich im Geschmack durch, allerdings wesentlich weniger intensiv. Mir ist er an dieser Stelle leider zu wässrig. Lässt sich somit leicht trinken, leider.
