The "Fiji (Bottled for Denmark)" was produced in Fiji at the South Pacific distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 2004 from Molasses and then aged for 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 66,8%. Palate Warm, alcoholic, light nutts, fruits, light ginger, clove, toffee. Finish Long, spicy, wood, tannins, fruity. Beautiful large slow moving curtains in the glass."
