"06.03.2020 Met up with some colleagues to give a tasting at this old iconic place. Notes. Light in colour. Nose Light wood, fruity, banana, vanilla, caramel, caramel. Palate Full, wood, balanced, fruity, mango, caramel, light roasted. Finish Medium to long, fruity, caramel, spice."

"Petite sample spécial Jeux Olympiques ! Nez : crème brûlée, pâte à cookies à l’ouverture. Puis tour de suite : banane, fruits jaunes, vernis évidemment. Une pointe florale ou médicale légère et un peu plus fraîche. Bouche : salé, cacahuètes, caramel beurre salé, miel. Esters légers mais ils sont là. Alcool très bien intégré, légère chauffe en fin de bouche entre le végétal et le bois. Édit : après 3 gorgées il se bonifie encore, j’aime bcp !"
