"25.09.2020 Tasting at a local wine shop that is no more, unfortunately. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose light wood, roasted, sugarcane, light caramel, light fruity. Palate Oily, wood, naturally sweet, light caramel, vanilla, fruity, fried fruit, light herbs. Finish Medium to long, wood, spice, light herbs, light citrus, faint caramel, naturally sweet."
"Erstaunlich komplex und intensiv für die wenigen Prozente. Schöne Ausgewogenheit zwischen Holz und Frucht."
"A nice old style agricole, a bit watery due to diluition, but still this is a great rum with a good interaction of the barrel that brings interesting notes like banana and tropical fruits along with tobacco and wood, but also burnt caramel. In my opinion might be at least partially a rhum de la sucrerie, cause the profile seems a bit molasses based"
