"Ein direkter Geschwistervergleich der beiden Robert Peronet‘s. Der 2002er kommt etwas kräftiger daher. Das fängt an der Nase an und setzt sich bis zum Abgang fort. Er liegt deutlicher auf der fruchtigen und würzigen Seite. Ich nehme viel mehr Traube und Piment wahr. Der 2000er ist komplexer und eleganter. Der 2002er in Maßen etwas wilder, aber nur dezent. Beides sind erstklassige Agricoles"
"Tagesausflug Baltrum September 2024 Ein Clement Rare Cask Collection (2002)(Sample von Saibot Ztar). Nase ist für mich sehr rauchig, außerdem sind Schokolade, Nuss und Fass zu erkennen. Am Gaumen ebenfalls sehr holzig und etwas Schokolade. Die 15yr schmeckt man definitiv."
"Had a nice Clement tasting on Friday and I have to admit that I accidentally ordered 7 different bottles. This particular one is pretty OK considering the price I'd have to pay. Slightly dry in the finish and definitely an Agricole. "
"8,6:On the nose,the first impression we get are woody and fruity notes with dried fruits like raisins, apricots, dates and nice berries, as the wood is charred, spicy with nuts, caramel, chocolate. The sugarcane is flowery. On aeration, we notice smoky touch, some tobacco, the cane with honey and pastry, tea, pear, perhaps it is candied. Later coffee leaves it traces. 8,7:On the palate, the attack is tasty with spicy and charred wood notes like pepper, nuts and chocolate, the fruits are dried with raisins and apricots, as the sugarcane is flowery, grassy and with some tobacco. Resting brings out smoky touch, mineral, minty and herbal cane with tea and delicious caramel, nougat and pastry. The wood becomes a bit resinous, stays buttery with new notes like dried figs and espresso.Nicely balanced... 8,5:The finish is long with woody notes like nuts, chocolate, vanilla, allspice, espresso, dry, the cane is mineral, a bit waxy, floral, minty, with tea, tobacco.The fruits are more cognac like with dried fruits like raisins, apricots, some pear.Some resin stays..."
