The "Single Cask Rum" was produced in Trinidad at the T.D.L distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Duncan Taylor. It was distilled in 1991 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 20 years. The rum has an ABV of 54,8%. "13.04.2013 Whiskymessen Meeting up with some friends bringing bottles to sample as well. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Wood, faint smoke, fruity, pineapple, spice. Palate Warm, wood, light roasted, dried fruit, pineapple, cinnamon, light chocolate, faint rubber. Finish Long and warm, wood, fruits, light chocolate."
