Belle réussite que ce 2005 de chez La Mauny, dans une version assez proche de celle de Chantal Comte. La réduction en plus n'est pas gênante, mais n'était peut-être pas nécessaire. Profil typique de l'aoc Martinique, assez boisé.
Nase: Sehr kräftig-kräuterige Nase, Vanille, Holz, süßlich-komplex, leicht bittere Noten, Kaffee Geschmack: Schöne Trinkstärke mit ordentlich Kraft ohne überfordernd zu wirken, kräuterig, würzig, Mandeln, Holz,komplex, gefällt mir aufgrund der Kraft nochmal deutlich besser als der La Mauny 2005 mit 42% Alk. Abgang: Lang und gehaltvoll, Alkohol kräftig aber gut eingebunden. Toller Agricole!!
My first agricole rhum. Light, fruity, complex.
Un nez des plus agreable mêlant boisé fruit réglisse très légère et une petite torréfaction apportant gourmandise !! En bouche les fruit prennent le dessus avec un boisé très fin et une légère réglisse apportant fraîcheur ! Une finale assez longue en fraîcheur ! Super sélection !
