“a real revelation compared to the recently tasted whiskey Doris 97 Caroni. On the nose dirty notes, but not too aggressive, in between always a touch of dried fruit and caramel. On the palate workshop, motor oil, dark chocolate, burnt sugar. A nice smoky bacon note on the finish. Stands on par with the good 97 Bristol or S.B.S. bottlings for me. Best thanks to Vienna for the sample.”
