“sehr spezieller Rum! richtig krass trocken und sauer, da muss man wirklich drauf stehen. die Nase ist unglaublich fruchtig und säuerlich beerig Richtung balsamico Essig, im Abgang wiederholt sich das ganze dazwischen bleibt einfach diese krasse Säure und pelzigkeit. sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig aber auch ganz und gar nicht schlecht! aber halt nichts für jedermann. mein Favorit bleibt der erste batch im Madeira Fass...”
