superb mouthfeel and elegance.
Déroutant, au nez très végétal, puis vient la canne à sucre et enfin une note poivrée. En bouche, il est bien présent mais les 55 degrés sont bien intégrés. On sent la canne à sucre et ? Je n'arrive pas à mettre le doigt dessus... Une belle finale, longue pour un rhum blanc, et sur la fin une note terreuse. J'aime beaucoup.
