To Versailles
"Outstanding Versailles representative, rightly one of the benchmark rums of this still. The only point of criticism is the dilution and the possibly wasted potential for even more complexity - but here you can also simply enjoy a distillate that never comes across as thin or watery. Excellent!"
"14.04.2012 First visit to the Whisky.dk event after returning to Denmark after first living 3 years in Upplands Väsby, Sweden and then 7 years in Shanghai, China. Got back together with old friends to have a nice weekend. Notes. Light in colour. Nose: wood, medicinal, citrus, plum, herbs, marzipan. Palate: wood, fruity, plum, spicy, licorice, marzipan. Finish: long, wood, herbs, licorice, citrus."
